Color Accuracy
When designing this website, we used the most state of the art photographic equipment to make our fabric choices as exact as possible. However, due to subtle color differences in computer monitors, graphics cards, and internet friendly colors, it would be wise to order free swatches of the fabrics you are considering before placing your final order. Since all our products are custom made and cannot be returned, you need to be sure that you are comfortable with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If an exact color match is required, then please request a sample from our swatch service before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal color and texture variations as stated by the manufacturers. We believe in getting your order as accurate as humanly possible to make your window treatment purchase a pleasant one.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time that you place the order on our site to cancel. This is policy with all orders, there are no exceptions. This is because we manufacture in house and after 24 hours your order is cut and put into the fabrication process.
Free Shipping Policy
Our free shipping offer is only available to any city in the United States. If you live outside the United States, you will be informed of the shipping cost after you place your order.
Free Swatches
Swatches are 3" x 5" or 3" x 7" depending on patterns and are intended for color matching only. To see the complete pattern please view large sample that is available only on the website. You may order up to 10 free swatches with free shipping to US customers only. If you would like to order more then 10 swatches or live outside of the United States, please contact our customer service department for shipping costs.
