Because this is a custom valance, fabric will be added to create an appearance of fullness. Please select the width from bracket to bracket of the drapery rod over the window you need covered, and your ring top valance will be fabricated with a 150% fullness.  When deciding the length, measure from the "bottom" of your rings down to where you want it to hang.   Rings are not included with this valance.  Most of our customers mount their drapery rods 8" above their windows when hanging a ring top valance to avoid light shining through.
